  1. The interviewer was so distracting and trying to lead the interview, that I could not finish watching this. There is too much interviewer here. Every time Mr. Pearlman starts to go somewhere with explaining something, he gets derailed because the interviewer isn’t listening to him. He is more concerned with his questions and his own train of thought. I found it very frustrating. Mr Pearlman obviously had many important things to share, but he wasn’t able to get to many of them.
